Vision Inspection System Integration

Our Client requested the integration of a vision system into their existing tablet encapsulation line in order to identify and remove reject products from the line.

After looking at several possible solutions we were able to integrated an inspection system to read the date & batch number printed onto the product boxes on the production line.

On non-compliance, the vision system outputs a "no-good" signal to a local PLC, which in turn activates an ejector flap, removing the non-conforming product from the line and ensuring only quality parts are packaged.
