Jigs & Fixtures

Mirage design and manufacture a range of jigs and fixtures, from simplistic manual setting jigs through to fully automated welding fixtures for integration into robot cells.

Utilizing client’s 3d CAD data our design team are able to model jigs & fixtures to suit complex 3D surfaces and then manufacture directly from the surface features. 

Over the years Mirage have completed a number of different types of jigs and fixtures including: -

• Trim fixtures for seats, door sub-straits and IP sub-straits.  
• Assembly fixtures for seats. 
• Assembly fixtures for in car radios.
• Assembly fixtures for IP panels. 
• Engine Assembly Fixtures.
• Weld fixtures for a variety of vehicle panel sub assemblies. 
• Robot put down fixtures and take out trolleys.
